ich musste durch einen Systemfehler meinen DEVONthink komplett neu aufsetzen.
Aktuell nutze ich die Version 3.9.16.
Ich habe alles neu eingerichtet – also ohne alte Regeln oder sonstige Resteinstellungen.
In Apple Mail importiere ich über das Script „Mail Rule – Add attachments to DEVONthink“ meine PDF-Anhänge.
Nun habe ich das Problem, dass diese Dokumente mehrfach importiert werden, ohne dass sie als Duplikate markiert werden.
Hat jemand einen Tipp, wo ich eventuell noch einen Haken setzen oder etwas anpassen muss?

Viele Dokumente werden tatsächlich als Duplikate erkannt, s. das Symbol am rechten Rand der Namensspalte. Umschalten lässt sich die Darstellung in Einstellungen > Allgemein > Erscheinungsbild

Das habe ich jetzt eingestellt und bekomme es jetzt in Blau angezeigt!
Jetzt aber gleich die nächste frage!
Warum werden die gleichen Dokumente überhaupt erst Importiert.
Ich möchte das ja nicht jedesmal von Hand löschen?
Im Forum habe ich gelesen das DT nur Duplikate an der selben Größe, Wortzahl erkennt, und das haben ja die Importieren Dokument von mir!
Ist DT nicht in der Lage das erst garnicht zu Importieren?
Das Skript importiert alle Anhänge, egal ob Duplikat oder nicht. Entweder müssten Sie das Skript anpassen oder eine Regel verwenden, um Duplikate automatisch zu entfernen.
Ok, das verstehe ich ja, aber ich habe 4 Dokumente Rewe-eBon 4 x gleiche Uhrzeit und gleiche größe!
Und das bei diversen verschiedenen Dokumenten!

Dann ist er lesbar, kopierbar und lässt sich sogar direkt im Script Editor ausführen. So, wie Du das hier reinstellst, ist es für gar nichts benutzbar.
