Using DEVONthink Pro 3.8, I edited the Subject property of this PDF file in DT. After that, my PDF annotations became corrupt. This has happened to me repeatedly across many different PDFs in my library, seemingly regardless of which application I use for making my annotations (sometimes I use Apple Preview, other times Skim or Highlights or DEVONthink itself).

This is likely a PDFKit issue. Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket. Please compress and attach the problematic file. Thanks.
