Hi guys
it seems that as title says devonthink crashes every night while MBP is sleeping, in the morning I see all databases are gone and devonthink starts again
how does one go and try to debug this?

If it were me, I would start by opening a support ticket with the crash report.
Personally, though, my solution would be to shutdown, rather than sleep, the computer overnight. The reason is that lots of applications, including Mac OS itself, do a variety of housekeeping tasks when they are shutdown. Sleeping prevents those tasks from happening.
@kewms is correct. You should be reporting this crash to our support ticket system.
Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket.
If you’re still using macOS 14.2, then updating to 14.2.1 will probably fix this.
