DEVONthink does not find (index?) qmd and R files

Hi
I have imported my GitHub repos to be able to search the.R (R source file) .qmd (Quarto Markdown File) (both pure text files), but they do not seem to be indexed as I do not find anything by using the search bar.

Is there a setting I have to enable to index these?

Thanks - working now. I had to re-start DEVONthink to pickup the hidden settings.

I think it would be useful to have that section in the standard settings.

Adding extensions is not a commonplace function for the vast majority of our clientele. It is a very specialized thing to need to do, hence it’s tucked away in the hidden prefs.
