DevonThink does not sync WebDAV on Synology NAS and iCloud

I connected WebDAV on Synology NAS and iCloud to DevonThink Pro 3.9.7; however, there is no sync action on DevonThink. I checked authentication, SSL, etc., and commanded manual sync, too; however, DT has taken no action. What am I missing?

Something crucial. But without a more systematic approach, who knows what that might be?

  • how do you connect to your NAS (internal/external network? Port? Accessible via Finder? Which URL?)
  • Anything in DTs log?
  • Anything in your NAS’s log?
    Screenshots would be helpful, too.
