I would like an option to save layouts of groups or search results (icon/list/colum/cover flow, visible columns, sort order et al.) and an option to apply these saved layouts to a group or search result list. This would be so helpful!
Has been discussed before. And I think that providing a UI for that is a PITA. Not to mention the support incurred by people not seeing what they expect because they forgot that they applied a certain layout to this group, but not that one.
Having said that, Iād love to see something like that, too.

+1. Not sure if it would be a pain to implement but it would be great to keep custom views across different groups.
