DEVONthink Pro 4 Extension purchase stuck in cart

I have logged onto my account to extend my DEVONthink Pro 3 license to DEVONthink Pro 4 with one year of updates. The cart shows my licence number and the totals in Australian dollars but there is no Checkout button so I am stuck.

It might be that some security mechanism in your network, on your router, etc., interferes with loading the JavaScript code necessary to show the checkout. Have you tried with another browser (just to rule browser extensions out), start the browser without extensions, or from another computer, maybe from another network (like connecting your computer through your iPhone)?

Thanks for replying. After I had posted on the forum I did have the idea of logging on with my iPad and I got the checkout button and was able to purchase the extension to my licence. I agree there must be something on my computer that must be blocking it but I have never come across this before while buying on the internet so it stumped me at first. I hope this helps anyone else who has experienced the same problem. Thanks again.

Ah, great. Did you find what the problem was? An overly zealous browser extension maybe?

I didn’t actually investigate as I was busy downloading DEVONthink 4 and restoring my databases. I reckon it is something I will leave for another day - just glad I managed to update everything now the beta stage is over.
