Since the update to 1.3.2, I seem unable to scan to DT Pro Office. Does anyone else have a similar issue? One problem is that I can’t be absolutely certain that the problem doesn’t predate the update, as I don’t scan things everyday. But certainly since the update I haven’t once been able to scan into DT.
Could be that you have two copies of the DT Pro Office application, and/or that ScanSnap Manager has lost track of your DT Pro Office application.
In ScanSnap Manager > Applications delete the existing option for DT Pro app. Add it back, making certain that it/s the current version of DT Pro Office.
That should do it.
