DEVONthink to go document provider no longer working after migration to new iPad

I have the Pro package and the document provider works on my iPhone and used to work on my iPad (with Numbers, for example). I recently moved to a new iPad Pro and just noticed today that the functionality isn’t working on my new iPad. I checked Numbers and PDF Expert.

Before I delete the app, and have to go through a lengthy resync process, I wanted to reach out to see if anyone has any suggestions.

  • The Locations section on the iPad no longer shows DEVONthink To Go
  • It does show on the iPhone, as it always has
  • Settings > Premium Features > Manage indicates that the Pro Package has been Purchased
    • both Purchased & Restore Purchases are greyed out.
    • this is the same on both devices
  • latest software on both devices

Have you checked that the provider is turned on in Files?

Tap the Circle with … in the upper right-hand corner
Tap Edit
Look for “DEVONthink To Go” and make sure the toggle on the right-hand side is turned on (green).

Even after a full iOS restore, I have seen that turned off…
