DEVONthink window won't go away

I have just started having a pop-up window appear over each web page I go to or which is refreshed and such which I am unable to find a way to make it go away other than by individually clicking on the X in the upper left corner even though DEVONthink and DEVONthink Pro Office are closed. I have looked at the preferences, but can not seem to find the right setting.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I guess the description of the window now seems pretty obvious, but I was not using the right combination of words when searching.
