Devonthink3 frequently crashes on iMac Pro with Monterey 12.3

DT3 3.8.3 frequently crashes and gets down several hours later on macOS Monterey 12.3 of iMac Pro.
All databases sync through iCloud.

It has happening since two weeks ago.

Do you have any idea?

I’m sorry this is not an answer to your problem but you may also wish to refer to this thread in case you find it has any relevant information.

Stephen

Thank you, Stephen.

My problem is irregularly quitting.
I am an heavy user dealing with 50 databases of the big file sizes more than 1GB.

I am manually rebuilding, optimizing, and repairing each database.

After completing it, I will back and hope to leave something good news.

Does it crash or is it automatically terminated? Does this still happen if the iCloud sync is temporarily disabled?

Legacy or CloudKit?

Legacy.
Any problem?
I have done with it so long time.
But the automate termination has happened within two weeks.

It was automatically terminated.
I will try to stop iCloud syncing.

It was terminated too, when the iCloud sync was disabled.

I had done building, optimizing, and repairing the databases manually.
However, it is still terminated automatically suddenly.

I tried Non-iCloud sync, but it still has problems.

A screenshot of System Preferences > Energy (or Battery) might be useful. Does anyone experience on a macOS version older than 12.3?

I’m not seeing this on my Catalina machine.

But for what it’s worth, I’m not seeing it on 12.3.x either :see_no_evil:

Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket.
Thanks!

Did the update to 12.3.1 fix this? If that’s not the case, is DEVONthink automatically launched when logging it? Does it work after booting the computer in safe mode?
