Trying to make up my mind whether to purchase DTPro or the Office variant - went through all the manuals, but could not really understand what the differences are between the two versions in their handling of mail other than that Office leaves all formatting intact, which seems to be a rather minor difference, and the ease with which one can import mail. I am particularly interested in two further aspects of the integration:
a) is it necessary to constantly manually update the DT database to refelect newly added e-mails to the archived mailboxes?
b) what are the ins and outs of the handling of different encodings (cyrillic) when importing mail - is mail in all encodings being properly visualised in DT?
