Is there any way to download devonthink using ftp?
I’m travelling in Pakistan and html download fails continuously

No, it’s only available via HTTP(S). Did you try a different browser?
I’ve forcibly educated myself to use Safari for maximum compatibility.
Trying with Firefox now.

Are you able to reliably access any cloud services, e.g. Dropbox?
Yes Dropbox seems to be no problem.
I can still not download.
As a temporary solution I have set the date one month back, and at least I can open DTPO.
