Download link not active

Hi there,

My sync between desktop and mobile seems to be working fine until I want to access file on iPad through DTG.

There is an option to download the file (usually a PDF), but it’s not clickable. Therefore, I end up seeing the file is there but I can’t actually view it.

Any thoughts/ideas how to fix this would be really appreciated!

If a download link is active but just spins, and possibly returns no content, it’s likely the content isn’t available to download or you have network/server issues inhibiting the transfer.

If the download link is grayed and inactive, your sync location isn’t active or available… or in some cases, doesn’t exist.
