I get constant pop up notice from DevonThink across at devices. It drives me bananas as it always messes up my typing and requires adjustments, etc
Please be clear and specific when reporting issues and asking questions. What constant popup notice? We can’t see your devices from all the way over here 
The message in the middle pops up 60 times a day across devices
I reached out a year or so ago and I though they recommended I reinstall, etc. That’s probablyk not going to happen 
That is likely an issue that has been addressed for the next maintenance release. Stay tuned for it.
