drag and drop to automatically open recent database

Here’s the scenario: I have new files in my global inbox, but no databases open yet. There is, however, that convenient list of recently used databases ready to hand in the sidebar. It would be nice if I could simply drag files from the global inbox onto the icon of a database in the recent databases list, and have it automatically open the database and move the file(s) to that database immediately. A small thing, perhaps, but it would sure be convenient, especially since my global inbox often contains things destined for disparate databases. I could see it incrementally saving a lot of time, since I do this procedure often.

Would this be hard to implement? Does anyone else fancy the idea?

If you double-click a location in the Sorter, the database will open and files will be imported.

Thanks for pointing that out. Generally, I prefer not to use the sorter. Maybe I’ll give it a another try just for this purpose.
