DT Help has a bit too much glass in its Liquid Glass in my opinion. The content bleeds through into the controls at the top of the window.

Which version of macOS 26.x do you use? At least on the upcoming macOS 26.3 it’s a lot less transparent, even without enabling reduced transparency:
This is indeed on 26.2. I’ll give it another look on 26.3.
