DT 4 Server Web UI not showing shared databases

I am using the web UI of DT4 on my Windows PC and today I noticed something a bit weird.

When I login, everything is fine and I can use DT as expected.

When I shutdown the PC and restart it (my browser keeps its tabs open), I am still logged in, but the shared databases are empty.

With logout/login everything turns back to normal, but I wonder why this happens.

If my session is still valid (logged in state), I’d assume the shared databases should be available. If my session has timed out, I should not be shown the UI but the login screen instead.

I am not sure, if this should be a bug report or if I am just missing something obvious.

Most likely the user interface was still in the browser’s cache but loading of shared databases requires a valid session.

I force reloaded it, which didn’t change a thing. Only when I manually logged out and in again it returned to the expected state.

This morning I could reproduce the behaviour. I tried to force-reload the page several times, but it stayed like this:
