This is a very subtle thing but I like very much the Apple (and others) Calendar option to set multiple alarms for any event. i.e. at 1 day before, at 1 hour before, and at the time of the event.
It would be nice to be able to have a reminder in DT play a sound AND open the document AND Bounce the Dock icon or what have you.
If I had to choose it would be to have the ability to see and edit Custom Metadata in DTToGo way before this feature but I figured I should note it while I thought of it.
