DT with SuperDuper Sandbox configuration

I use SuperDuper with a “Sandbox” configuration on my hard disk. This configuration allows me to update the operating system and install applications and revert back to a know stable version if problems crop up. It does this by creating links from the sandbox partition back to the main partition.

When I try to run DT from the sandbox, it runs it through a link. However, I am getting a message saying the DT is not properly installed. I click on the OK button on the two dialog boxes that pop up and it seems to run just fine.

Is there a way to turn off these messages for this configuration? Am I at risk for anything by running DT this way?

Thanks – Randy
