DT3.0.1 thumbnail blank but page has displayable contents

See attached for a heavily-redacted example. Sorry about the previous attempt to post this bug, in which I failed to adequately redact the document.

Whew, OK, looks like I uploaded a better redaction.

Point is: all of the thumbnails except the highlighted one have text in them that displays correctly. The selected thumbnail has a page full of text – that’s the redacted page shown in the main window – but the thumbnail itself is blank.
