Hi,
in DTPO2 I was archiving my email (from Apple Mail) by pressing ^ OPT CMD M in a selected database and would always get the new messages into the database.
With DT3 beta1 I have to do it from within Apple Mail, and the messages are transferred into the Global Inbox, regardless which database is selected in DT 3 beta 1.

Did you have a look at View > Sidebar > Import?
And also check out the built-in Help > Documentation > In & Out > Archiving Email and Windows > Sidebar: Email

Excitement was premature. The mailbox archiving process consistently crashes DT3.
It always happen when it says “less than a minute remaining” in the “Email Importer” box. As the “destination” I selected “Database name”>Emails. I had no issues with DT2PO.

Did you press the Alt modifier key? This will toggle the Feedback menu item.
