DT3 Clip to DT3 in safari (PDF format)

I try to clip a traditional Chinese website in PDF format. The text display correctly on the clipped PDF and can also be selected for copy. But when I paste the copied text to text editor, those words will become rubbish.

Formatted note, HTML page, webarchive are all OK that the copied text and be paste correctly.

This seems to be a bug of the WebKit or print engine of macOS (both are used by DEVONthink). E.g. Safari > File > Export PDF… creates a valid PDF document but printing to DEVONthink 3, printing to a file or printing a preview to Preview.app doesn’t.
