DT3 is currently adding documents by import with OCR. At the same time I am adding metadata using the inspector to files which have already been OCR’d. I open inspector on document abc123 and start typing a new name for the document, eg. xyz456. If before I tab out of the name field DT3 finishes analysing one document and begins loading and analysing a further document (as shown in the info area in the left of the screen) the name of the document I am currently adding metadata to will revert to the original, i.e. abc123 in this case. This is completely reproducible.
