My DEVONthink instance is being blocked from downloading feeds.
I already made sure, my Router IP (external) has changed. I can open all feeds in my browser. Using a different user agent would be the next step (guess) to mitigate that problem.
It seems highly improbable that a site blocks access to a RSS feed by user agent. Why would they do that – RSS is only text and does not require any user agent capabilities, afaik.
These posts. That happen to work till 08.04. in DEVONthink.
Bloomberg is aggressively blocking bots. I download those feeds hourly. I will reduce the interval to once per day for now. Also got an error message withint DEVONthinks browser if I open the feed from within DEVONthink.
This command… works for my DEVONthink 3, but I’m not sure if it’s also effective for DEVONthink 4. You can give it a try.
