DT4 is unable to convert a Mailmaven .eml file to a PDF

I dropped a MailMaven email into a DT4 (latest version) Database and wanted to convert the .eml file to a pdf file. But this blocked the whole app and the spinning ball was shown. I had to make a hard reset and started DT4 new.

I tried three times, but always the same result.

What could I do? Is this a known bug?
