My account page shows that I will receive updates for DEVONthink Pro 4 until June 1, 2026.
The purchase date of my license renewal is June 4.
At the beginning of the beta period, it said that the term of the purchased licenses only starts from the day the final version is released. According to the newsletter, this was June 26.
Shouldn’t I then receive updates by June 25? Normally I don’t see it that close, but with the relatively short term of the license, every week counts…
It will be hard to discuss this here without having a look at your account. And as you might not be comfortable with sharing all your license details, real name, and email address here, please simply send us email to our sales/support with some details and we can look up what’s happening here.

I don’t think it’s as complicated as I feared: The About window of DEVONthink shows the correct date, as I have just seen.
I’ll contact support directly anyway so that the two dates can be compared and there might not be another problem hiding there.

I had the same issue (in Tahoe beta 2), and after 2 days it corrected automatically.
