DTG crashes on iPad Pro when selecting search result

When doing a search in a group on DTG on my iPad Pro, I get two results. One of them looks like a document and if I click on it it opens.

The other one has I believe four blue lines to the left of it and if I click on it it immediately crashes DTG.

I’ve tried holding it and the menu that pops up I can then click on Reveal and it doesn’t crash. The only thing is the file names are long enough that I can’t tell which file should be opened.

Once I do find the right file and open it, the word I have searched for is not highlighted.

This is becoming quite a serious problem. Anything I can do?

By the way, I am not having this problem with my iPhone. It is working flawlessly. Just the iPad is getting the crashes constantly.
