AND NOW I can’t re-register the long-existing license either manually or through My Account on Devontechnologies website’s activate button. The correct credentials show up (and when I do it manually I am POSITIVE I have cut and pasted correctly) BUT I get a security error and nothing happens even when I click OK. So now I have the Purchase in 30 days warning.

All this is because Updating had stopped and I went to my account and saw this notice:
I was running 3.9.14 but it was telling me that was the latest. So downloaded via the Account page 3.9.15, installed (picking Replace) and now I’m stuck.

In DEVONthink, hold the Option key and select Help > Report Bug.
Does “Respond to this ticket” mean post that Report Bug email info HERE?

In which keychain do you try to install the certificate?
The default was “iCloud” I think.

That won’t work, says the net. Try “Login”. And perhaps a newer version of macOS.
It should be login first. If it doesn’t work, then yes open one.
