Just wondering if anyone uses DTPO as their GTD [Getting Things Done] task center. I’m trying to come up with a way to do this.

There are a few posts in the forum history on this – it’s a little hard to find them because searching for “GTD” itself doesn’t have much of a result.

And in the broader internet there are a lot of folks who write about GTD + DEVONthink.

The short answer, in my opinion, is that DEVONthink isn’t structured to be the only GTD tool you use, but is a great helper to apps such as OmniFocus, which was explicitly built on the GTD approach. I use OF for GTD and use DEVONthink item links to track back to the documentation needed for tasks. In fact, I link OF not only to DEVONthink but to Curio, Tinderbox and other work tools.
