DTPO hangs when dragging file from global ibox to database

I’m a new user and still wrapping my head around DTPO, but I hope someone can help me out.

I have a PDF in the global inbox, but whenever I try to drag it on top of one of my created databases, the whole program hangs (spinning beachball). I’ve let it sit for hours, but it never comes out of it, and I have to force quit.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this or at least what I’m doing wrong?

Are you using the latest beta (v2.0pb5)? Then please create a sample (using Apple’s Activity Monitor) of the frozen application and send it to cgrunenberg - at - devon-technologies.com. Thank you!

I just sent you sample texts from both DTPO and Devonsorter. Both were frozen.
