DTTG 4 custom metadata glitch

I’ve been experimenting with custom metadata on DTTG4. While trying to change the display order I have somehow:

  • deleted/hidden one custom metadata field from DTTG. It still shows up in DT4 though.
  • duplicated some fields (“Notes (REC)” in the screen grab below)

I’ve synced the phone to two Mac DT seats a couple of times today and the oddities persist. (Dropbox Sync to DT4 Sequoia MBPro and DT4 Sequoia Mini)

Any suggestions on how to get the DT and DTTG Custom Metadata back into alignment?

I’m still seeing duplicated custom metadata fields on DTTG.

We have had no other reports in quite some time.
Are you seeing duplicates in DEVONthink as well?

DT is fine.
It’s still there in DTTG. Pretty much exactly the same as the screen grab above from March.

Are you syncing the Global Inbox between our apps?

Yes I am.
Dropbox sync.
Interestingly it’s called Global Inbox in DTTG and just Inbox in DT.

It has been that way for years :slight_smile:

If you define a new attribute and sync it, does it appear doubled in DEVONthink To Go’s Data settings?
