Hi, I can’t use DEVONthink To Go 4 right now, when I tap Register, nothing happens.
The app shows “updates until Dec 2, 2025” and “1 seat free”.
What am I supposed to do?

My DEVONthink desktop updates already ended and I didn’t renew (I stayed on the version I already had). I just installed DTT4 recently and expected to sign in.
Registering requires a license of DEVONthink Pro/Server 4 that is still valid for updates.
I have a similar problem - as near as I can determine, I have two DTP active licenses each with each with 5 IOS seats available and unused. I’ve tried without luck to add DTTG to either of these. In the process, I think I ended up buying a family license, thought the Apple App Store, I think, for DTTG, although I can’t find a payment for it. I’ve got some PDFs that I want to sync, and am currently unable to.
App Store transactions are all handled by Apple, not us. You’d need to check your purchases or talk to them about it.
Regarding the license, what is shown in DEVONthink To Go 4’s Settings > License > License settings?
Yearly Subscription active until Mar 26, 2026.
You need to cancel the subscription and let it elapse. After the time expires you will have the option to use a mobile seat.

I could be wrong, but my recollection the elapse time is a week, not a month.
