I must be retarded because I swear I was able to do this before—-drag and drop from Files to DTTG. I’ve tried for the last 20 minutes and nothing at all happens. The green plus sign appears in DTTG but then no result. Am I imagining this was previously possible, or is my iPad being schizophrenic?

Yes did full restart prior to my post. Same result. Running all current versions.
Are you dragging files from iOS Files to the Devonthink icon within Files or onto the Devonthink (DTTG) app icon?
I have just tried dragging a markdown within Files to the Devonthink icon in Files and it appeared correctly in the DTTG global inbox.
What type of file is not working?
Neither. I’m trying to drag direct into DTTG database. Have tried a specific group and global inbox. Nada. Files are PDFs.
To clarify: two open apps. DTTG and Files. Drag from Files and drop to DTTG. As indicated previously, I’m like 90% certain I’ve been able to do this in the past.
ADDITIONAL EDIT: The reason this comes up is because I’m not in my home country. I very rarely use DTTG. All DT work happens on the MBP. Except in circumstances such as this. Haha. Fringe case.
Is the file available in iCloud Drive, i.e., downloaded to your device?
Yes.
Hmm… start a support ticket. I’m not seeing any issues here.
