I couldn’t figure out how to send a capture to a specific folder…
I have figured out how to choose the DB.
But not a particular folder in a particular DB.

This is currently not possible (and also discussed on the forums before).
Targeting specific groups will require more UI than may be comfortable on a small form factor device, like the iPhone.
It’s on our list of possibiilties but nothing concretely planned.
A capture of what? An image? A recording? A webpage?
