I have installed Devonthink To Go 3 and 4 at the same time and I entered some information above 50 articles in the DT3. Now it is not possible to sync them. How can I transfer them to 4?
You should not have version 3 and 4 installed.
You can share the items in 3 to version 4.
Then you should delete version 3 and its application data and reboot the device.

Long-press a selection and click Share.
You could also use your fingers to select items in version 3, swipe to switch to version 4, and drop them into the database there.
You could, BTW, still sync your changes from DTTG3 but you’d need to re-add your sync locations. We remove them after transferring the data to DTTG4 to avoid conflicts.
Thank you very much. This would be the best option because I am not sure I will find everything that is new but it is not possible as when I click on the sync button it says I have to upgrade to DEVONthink To Go 4 and I have to pay.
