DTTG3 iPad/iPhone isn’t syncing databases

I have a paid DTTG3 subscription with installs on my iPad and iPhone (I don’t own a Mac so don’t have DT). I have 3 databases in DTTG3 on my iPhone but none shows up on my iPad DTTG3, which only shows (and syncs) the contents of my Global Inbox. All the DTTG3 settings are set the same on iPad and iPhone, with sync location set to iCloud (CloudKit). Why aren’t my databases and their contents syncing to my iPad ? Thanks.

As mentioned many times, when you have a sync issue, the first things you should look at are (and yes, the first one doesn’t apply in your case):

  • What is reported in DEVONthink’s Window > Log?
  • Is there a triangle on the sync icon in DEVONthink To Go’s bottom toolbar? If so, tap it. What is reported?

If by “sync icon” you mean the cloud shaped icon, when I press it I get:
“No synchronization in progress
Automatically: Global Inbox”

on both iPad and iPhone.
