DTTG3 stuck at "updating database"

Installed DTTG3 on my iPad and when I opened it shows “updating database” and in a second the app shut down. When I test this on my iPhone I could actually reach to page for upgrade but then I get “SKErrorDomain 0” error.

So what could be the reason for iPad app is crashing and how can I fix it?

The error is an issue with the iOS App Store. Try accessing it again in a while.

Regarding the crash, you should report things like that in our support ticket system.
