DTTG4 Activity Update

Please let me start off by saying I’m very happy with DTTG4. The UI and navigation is spot on. My one ask is… In DTTG3, the Activity button, when long pressed, would present to you the last sync time stamp or if a sync was needed. Could something similar be implemented here instead of simply showing a “Zzz” when there’s no activity?

There is a small dot on the activity gauge (like a notification bubble) if sync is needed.

You can see the last sync time in the settings.

Yes, thank you. They are additional steps to get the info that was once available when hitting the activity gauge in DTTG3. Again just a request. I sync directly with my MacBook and find there’s a larger lag with the Automatic setting and I need to constantly check if items are syncing. Throughout the day I’m moving between devices and working off DTTG and DTP throughout the day.

In the database list, just pull down (as one would to reload a web page) to initiate a sync.

Understood, and don’t mean to come across as argumentative, but there are times where I would simply like to look at a status, which required a single click in DTTG3, but to achieve something which will give me the same data in DTTG4, it requires four steps through additional menus, Settling>Synchronization>Locations>Local Network>Time Stamp. I don’t feel it should be necessary to pull down and sync each time, if I’m set to Automatic sync. Again… just a request as the data was there in the previous version.
