This one is odd. I’ve tried different things to determine if this is sync issue, RTF issue, or Share sheet issue or something else.
I wanted to capture some threads from this Forum, which I’ve done in the past from my Mac. Today I was using my iPhone and, while in Safari reading a few of the threads here, I used the Share sheet to share from Safari to DTTG4 as RTF to my global inbox. In DTTG4 on my iPhone I can see that it was captured correctly. However when it syncs to my desktop and iPad, I get RTF entries with 0 bytes, and then errors that I need to verify/repair the global database – and those files are the culprits. The only thing I can do there is delete the zero byte files. Once when trying to see if the iPad would sync the RTF from the iPhone correctly, I saw it attempting to download the file, but never seemed to be able to do so.
Note I can create an RTF note directly within DTTG and it will sync fine.
I use a NAS and WebDav to sync and cleaned the sync files location and resync everything back up but the issue persists.
