Hello,
when I share something to Devonthink, I have to open a sub menu with just one entry to save it.
See here the Dialog:
And here when I want to save it:
Would be nice to avoid the extra step.

That is not a universal issue but has been reported once with the German UI. Do you see the same issue in landscape orientation?
Nope, Landscape is fine.
Maybe replace the text with a check icon to make it fit?
As I imagined and I was actually thinking a checkmark may be a good option. No promises, but it is noted.
(Same here too.)
English UI, iPhone 13 Mini (in case that helps).
15 Pro Max
iOS 26.2
It’s the same on my iPhone 14 Pro and 16 Pro, both running iOS 26.1.
17 pro, iOS 26.1
Fertig is anyway a weird choice for word here, even it literally means Done. But this is my personal opinion. I want to save what I share ![]()
Noted that the word, whatever the correct translation is, is too long for a small UI like a non-Max iPhone.
On an iPhone 17 Pro Max I have the same issue…(unless it is in Landscape.)
Settings>Display & Brightness>Display Zoom is set to “Larger Text”
If I change it to “Default” I can see the “Done” button without the extra step to save.
I like the Checkmark idea…Apple uses it on the Display Zoom setting screen mentioned above and OmniFocus uses a Checkmark as well!
