I have a folder full of rtf files, in which I’m searching for the text “lease”. I don’t want to find “please” or “release”, just the exact word lease. Can’t seem to find a way to do it.
I know this is the world’s dumbest question, but can anybody help me?

I did, thanks. But it still finds “please” and “release” etc. Any thoughts?
On second thought – maybe not. I will do more testing. Thanks for your help!
Looks like that worked. There are a few files that show hits which don’t contain the exact word – very strange – but mostly it seems to have succeeded. I have no idea why there were exceptions. And I really appreciate your help.
