Duplicates not showing for single line text files

I have about 20,000 single line text files in a group in one of my databases, and the majority of them are duplicated 2-4 times. But the duplicate smart group does not pick up any of them. Is there a setting I need to pick out the duplicates so that I can delete them?

I don’t have 20,000 files in a group – but I created and then duplicated a dozen or so “single line text files” and they appear as duplicates both in that group and in a smart group.

I suggest you open a ticket directly with Support (here or here or support_at_devontechnologies_dot_com), where you can get faster, more accurate attention than the forum. With your ticket, provide some samples of your files, if possible.
