As a complaint/suggestion, it appears that when I have two PDF’s of approx 1 mb in size and I have extensive annotations/highlighting (approx 40 instances) on one and no annotations/highlighting on the other DT3 still lists them as duplicate files.
I don’t think DT3 should behave this way and if it is programmatically possible, this should be changed.
BTW, this was not just one instance. It happens to every PDF that I annotate.
