Searching in internet for a tool like Everything in Windows, well, embarrassment here, I read about EasyFind and then my old incandescent deprived neuronal bulb lighted.
However, it does not finds into cloud-only files. I mean, the new Apple way to support cloud based files, that Synology Drive (and others) use.
Is there any way to make it find in those? Not even selecting All Volumes.
I will run a recursive ls to “move” all filenames from the ether of the cloud into the Real World ™. It is the only thing I can think of, like the observer pattern in the Quantum theory. In OneDrive you have to go through all the files at least once for them to be available. Could be the same issue.
EDIT: Yes, once I’ve started to go across the cloud folders in console, EasyFind was able to find the yet visited files/folders.
