@BLUEFROG provided a smart rule with AppleScript to customize the markdown output of the summarize highlights output to markdown in the post above, which I need in a little different format.
Right Now it is like this:

I managed to get the title into the paranthesis but it contains the url to the pdf itself, which is not what I wanted.
I wanted to get the text of the title and change “Page” with “I.Eliacik:” as Text, keeping the link to the page.
Could someone help with this?
