Editing PDF Attributes in DT Destroys All Text Data

Hello,

Long time DT user here who has never had a problem with DT that I haven’t been able to work around… Until now. And the problem I’m having is a big one. Anytime I edit the properties of a PDF in DT, all of the text in the PDF is destroyed; the PDF looks normal, but I can no longer search the text. If I copy a piece of the text I get something along the lines of: !"#$%$&’()#+,+#+%+($(-"…$&(.

Please help!

I couldn’t reproduce this over here (10.6.4), which version of Mac OS X do you use? Could you send a sample document (before/after editing) to cgrunenberg - at - devon-technologies.com? Thanks!
