Editing Tools on Image - How to Change Line Thickness/Type

I’m sure this is stupid simple and I’m just missing it - but help!

Drawing a line on a captured image with Editing Tools, the line default to a thin line with an arrow point. How do I change it to a thicker line - with no arrow point at the end?

Thanks for the feedback! However, this isn’t possible currently.
