I have an issue, it appears, since introduction of v3.8. When I go to the import tab to archive my email, DT hangs searching for the mail before, eventually crashing.
Any ideas?
Did you install & enable the plug-in for Apple Mail?
Yes, it is installed. I noticed that I had version 4.0.3 and updated to 4.0.4 but the behaviour persists?
And enabled in Mail’s preferences?
Thats it! Somehow it had become disabled in mail and once ticked is working OK. Thanks so much!
