have my email in a separate database in DTPO. After a search I get a list of emails. What I would appreciate is the ability to quickly see which thread a particular email in that list of found emails belongs to, so I can look at the thread this email was part of.
Is there a way to achieve this?
Select item in a search result listing and press command-R to reveal that document in its original location in the database. In the case of an email, that will be the conversation.
You could also add the “Location” column to the search results, see menu View > Columns.
